Revised street collections policy consultation

We are consulting on a revised Street Collections Policy. We are open to your comments and feedback.

As the Licensing Authority, we must publish regulations for street collections. These regulations guide how we conduct street collections, ensuring legitimacy and minimising public nuisance. We are reviewing our Street Collections Policy, which we must revise periodically.

As part of the formal consultation process, you can make comments using our online form, in writing or via email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk.

The consultation starts on 16 September 2024 and closes on 28 October 2024. You must submit any feedback by the closing date.
