However, we also need to know how we can improve. We expect the highest standards of conduct and integrity from anyone who works for us, whether they are our employees or contractors.
Therefore, we will investigate any complaints that we have not met these standards. We take all complaints seriously and are keen to resolve any problems.
You should only use our complaints process to complain about a service we have provided to you. If you want to complain about the behaviour of a third party, such as a neighbour or a business, you need to raise a request with the relevant department. For example, if you want to complain about a noisy neighbour, you need to contact our environmental health team.
