Full Council

Full Council is the main budget-setting body and decides annually the level of Council Tax we need to support our planned services. It also takes decisions on major policies, usually after receiving reports from the Cabinet or other committees.

Full Council acts as a forum for councillors and the public to question Cabinet members about their areas of responsibility. Its meetings give councillors an opportunity to raise and debate important issues affecting the city and its residents.

Membership

All our Councillors attend Full Council meetings.
