If you are contacting us about the Meadows car park, you need to check it is one that we own. There are four car parks in Chelmsford called the Meadows.

We own levels 1 to 5 of Meadows Retail car park and Meadows Surface car park, but we do not own:

Q-Park Meadows Multi-Storey Car Park, which is next to the shopping centre and opposite the Odeon cinema
Euro Car Parks Meadows Surface, which is in Springfield Road and High Bridge Road
the ground floor (level 0) of Meadows Retail car park, labelled "The Meadows Retail Car Park - Chelmsford", which is also managed by Euro Car Parks

If you park in these private car parks, the opening times and fees will be different to the council-run car park. The pay by phone operator will also be a different company to MiPermit. You should use RingGo instead and select one of the following locations:

If you park in these private car parks and have an issue, you need to contact them, rather than us.
