Local Plan: Pre-Submission Consultation

We are reviewing our adopted Local Plan, and so are consulting on the
Pre-Submission stage now. The consultation closes at 4pm on Tuesday 18 March 2025.

Self-build and custom housebuilding is where individuals build or manage the construction of their home. It can also be where individuals contract the build of their home while still making key decisions on design and layout.

Community-led housing is where a group or community will build or regenerate housing for use by local people or specific groups or communities.
