Group participate in stretching

Whether you are a complete beginner, or you want to train hard, we have a class for you.

Body balance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, body balance is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is an alignment-based type of yoga. It is rooted in hatha yoga, but Iyengar yoga has a much more thorough approach to the poses. Props are used a lot in Iyengar yoga to support you in the poses and assure that you find the correct alignment and therefore reap the full benefits in the poses.

Mindful Yoga

This class will guide you through soothing breathwork, gentle asanas (postures), and meditation techniques. Embrace the present moment, nurture your inner self and leave each class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and centred.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful.

Pilates advocates tout the core-strengthening benefits of the method to improve posture and balance. Pilates targets the "powerhouse" muscles, which include the glutes, hips, pelvic floor, and lower back. Like yoga, the Pilates Method encourages deep, conscious breathing.

Stretch and Tone

Stretch and Tone is a low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress. Stretching your muscles will increase your flexibility which will improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice where you move through a flow of different yoga poses. Typically, you will flow a few times in and out of a pose, before staying there for several breaths. Doing your best to follow the guidance of your breath.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is not your average style of practice. It’s slow-moving with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility and hydrate fascial webs. It’s also highly meditative and introspective, offering plenty of time and space for you to draw your awareness inside. Yin is a straightforward practice with few postures and simple sequencing, but it can have far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind.
