Show up

We ask you to only book classes that you will attend. Please don't book two classes that start at or near the same time, then decide at a later time which class you will attend.

It's important that everyone plays their part and thinks of the bigger picture.

Plan out

Plan your next visit at our quieter times to get the most from your workouts and avoid queuing.

The quietest days are Wednesday, Thursday and the weekends, and the quietest times are between 2pm and 3pm, and evenings.

This may help you plan your visits better to get the most from your workouts.

Check it out

We have multiple centres, so if you have a multi-site membership, why not take the opportunity to visit our other gyms or attend classes at other centres?

We have amazing facilities at our leisure centres, so make the most of your membership to help you navigate the busy period.

Quiet please!

Let’s be considerate. Recently we have asked members to keep phone use within our gyms to a minimum. If you have a phone call to make or take that’s important, please be considerate to your fellow members and take the call outside of the gym.

Waiting lists

As part of our ongoing efforts to manage class sizes during our busiest times, we recently introduced class waiting lists. We wanted to provide a clearer picture of class numbers and offer regular alerts when spaces became available. We felt this was a fairer approach to allow as many customers as possible to access our excellent class programme, during our busiest period.

Unfortunately, due to continued misuse of the system, we have made the difficult decision to remove the waiting lists. This misuse also caused a reduction in class attendances, and several instances of verbal abuse towards our staff. We firmly believe that if used correctly, the waiting lists could have been a significant benefit to all members. Unfortunately, the actions of some have impacted the experience for everyone.

We are committed to providing the best possible service and are exploring other ways to manage class sizes and improve communication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as we work towards solutions that benefit our entire membership base.

We will remove waiting lists for classes from Thursday 6 February 2025. Thank you for your continued support.

We are excited to help you reach your wellness goals in 2025!
