People at gym running on treadmills

With the busy post-Christmas period on the horizon, our centres are busy putting in place some positive measures that will ensure you continue to experience the level of service you have become accustomed too and allow you to smash those New Year goals!

You will see some great new additions and changes that will ensure a stress-free enjoyable New Year at our centres.

Book your new prorgramme now

Beat the New Year rush and book your programme review now! Why wait until it’s busy  to get going? Get those plans started now by being prepared and having your gym programme reviewed before or during the Christmas period.

You can book on the app or speak to one of our gym instructors who will happily book you in.

More gym appointments

We will be putting extra gym staff on duty to enable even more inductions, programme reviews and assistance from our teams over the busy period.

More classes

You will see some additions to our January class timetables, with new classes being added and some at non-traditional times. Also look out for the brand new Cycle Beats class, devised by our in-house team. It’s amazing!

More variety

Ask your instructor about cross training.  Think about including swimming, skating, racket sports or running in your programme.

Class waiting lists

To give everyone a fair chance to book the classes you love, waiting lists will return.

If the class is full, just book onto the waiting list. When a space becomes available, we will email all the members on the list. It's then on a first come first served basis to book your spot.

Class booking

During this period, we are limiting members to attending two classes per day. This will give all members the opportunity to attend the classes they want to.

Show up

We ask you to only book classes that you will attend. Please don't book two classes that start at or near the same time, then decide at a later time which class you will attend.

It's important that everyone plays their part and we think of the bigger picture.

Look out

We will be advertising the quieter times in our gyms in January. Look out for information online and signs showing when it's quieter to attend.

This may help you plan your visits better to get the most from your workouts.

Check it out

We have multiple centres, so if you have a multi-site membership, why not take the opportunity to visit our other gyms or attend classes at other centres?

We have amazing facilities at our leisure centres, so make the most of your membership to help you navigate the busy period.

Quiet please!

Let’s be considerate. Recently we have asked members to keep phone use within our gyms to a minimum. If you have a phone call to make or take that’s important, please be considerate to your fellow members and take the call outside of the gym.

We can’t wait to help you reach your wellness goals in 2025!
