If you want to book a session at the centre, such as a class or a swim session, you can:  

You can book onto classes: 

  • ten days in advance if you have a monthly membership  
  • seven days in advance if you have an ourChelmsford Plus card     
  • two days in advance if you have an ourChelmsford Lite card

If you would like to book a birthday party, you can use our birthday party enquiry form.

If you can't attend a class that you have booked onto, you must cancel at least two hours before it starts.

You can cancel online, via the app, by calling 01245 605600 or in person. 

We will charge you the full amount for the class if you do not cancel in time, or if you do not attend.

If you feel that your membership is no longer working for you, you have a number of options, including changing, freezing or cancelling your membership.

We offer lessons for children aged from 3 months upwards. To register your child for our Get In! Swim School, you can complete an enquiry form online, or enquire in centre.
