You should use this form if you need to submit a First Homes application.

You should only submit this form if you are:

a developer that is selling a First Homes property to a first-time buyer, or
an estate agent that is working with both a current First Homes property owner and a new first-time buyer

Do not continue with this form if you do not fall into one of the groups above.

Payment

You need to pay a fee of £150 (VAT is not applicable) before we can process your application. When you submit your form, we will send you an email with information about how to make the payment. We will aim to process your application within 15 working days after we receive the payment.
