Rough sleepers
If you are concerned about someone who you think is rough sleeping, you can send an alert to StreetLink.
What happens if you refuse a property
You do not have to accept the property that the housing association offers you.
If you are under a main housing duty and considering refusing a property, you should contact your Housing Solutions caseworker to discuss this first. If we deem the property as suitable, this may end our homelessness duty.
If you are not homeless but you refuse two properties which would suit your needs, we may suspend your bidding rights for six months.
