Funding will cover the cost of a one-year Townlink or Publink subscription and will be paid directly to DCRS.
Equipment, namely the Townlink or Publink unit, will be loaned to the venue for the one-year period and must be returned to Chelmsford City Council at the end of this term.
All applicants must attend 75% of Townlink or 100% of Publink public meetings.
Failure to adhere to the Townlink/Publink usage agreement, or the above terms and conditions could result in the withdrawal of funding and repossession of the Townlink or Publink unit.
