Grant funding for Townlink or Publink
We are offering a year’s Townlink or Publink subscription to businesses within Chelmsford city centre via a new grant scheme.
Townlink is Chelmsford’s daytime security radio system, connecting the city centre to our CCTV team, as well as Essex Police and other users. Publink works in the same way, connecting businesses operating within the night-time economy.
You can apply for this scheme if:
- you are not a current Townlink or Publink member
- your business is located on Chelmsford High Street, Moulsham Street or surrounding side streets
We will contact all applicants from Monday 3 March 2025 onwards, to confirm if your application was successful or not.
