We add agendas and supporting documents to future meetings at least five working days before the meeting.
Most meetings are open to the public.

How to view past meetings
By default, the list will only show upcoming meetings. To view past meetings, you can use the date picker to select a start and finish date. The meetings will appear in reverse date order, with the most recent first.
You can also filter the list of meetings by type of committee.
We publish committee meetings from 2020 onwards. If you need anything older than 2020, or spot documents missing from other meetings, you can contact us to request them.
