Apply to make a major variation to a club licence
You will need to submit a full variation application if you want to make changes to your licence which could affect the licensing objectives.

To make an application, you will need to:
- download and fill in your application form
- upload your completed application form
- pay the correct fee
- advertise the application in the local press and on your premises, complying with our guidance

You can also download and print the application form. If you decide to download and print your application, you will need to:
- return it to us by post or in person
- send a copy of it to all the responsible authorities
If you upload your completed application form, we will send your application to the responsible authorities.
Fees
The fee you will need to pay depends on the rateable value of your premises. You can read our guidance on fees.
What happens next
Once we receive your application, we will:

acknowledge it within three working days

hold a consultation for 28 days, allowing for representations
If we receive any representations, we will take the application to the Licensing Committee for councillors to consider. We will then notify you of their decision.
If we do not grant the variations to the licence, we will not refund your fee.
If we do not receive any representations, we will grant the variations to the licence.
