We have a number of venues you can hire for corporate events, functions, weddings and other types of occasion, both indoor and out, across a range of convenient locations across Chelmsford.

Civic Centre Right in the heart of the city centre, our Civic Centre venue has four flexible, hi-tech rooms available.
High Street You can apply to us to book a space the High Street for commercial, voluntary or fundraising activities.
Hylands Hylands House is set in over 500 acres of Essex parkland and can host prestigious events or everyday business occasions.
Leisure centres You can hire our sports facilities as well as meeting rooms at our four leisure centres
Museum We have two rooms for hire at Chelmsford Museum, providing a flexible and affordable range of layout options.
Parks You can hire our parks for large outdoor events, such as a charity run, community picnic or food and drink festival.
Tindal Square You can book space in Tindal Square in Chelmsford City Centre, to help us create a vibrant, culturally ambitious place.
Theatres We have the larger Chelmsford Theatre, plus the more intimate Chelmsford Theatre Studio with a full cinema option.
