Request paperless billing

If you want us to let you know by email that your Business Rates bill is available to view, instead of by post, you can request paperless billing.

To request paperless billing for Business Rates, you will need:

  • your name, address and contact details
  • your Business Rates account number

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • acknowledge your request within five working day
  • send you an email every time you have a new bill
