Planned maintenance

We are carrying out maintenance work on our online system for Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates.

This maintenance will take place from 9am on Saturday 22 November to 5:30pm on Sunday 23 November. This maintenance may prevent you from accessing your account.

Housing Benefit and Universal Credit

If you (or your partner) are of working age, you may not be able to make a new claim for Housing Benefit. Instead, you will need to apply for Universal Credit to help pay your rent. Before you apply for Housing Benefit, you need to check your eligibility. If you (or your partner) are of working age, you may need to claim for Universal Credit instead to help with your rent.
