'Be Moved' - a free celebration of art, sport and film
Be Moved - a new pilot event taking place in Central Park, Chelmsford on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 September - invites local people to experience open air cinema for free with friends and family, try a new way to get physically active and participate in arts activity. Be Moved is also a major event of the Chelmsford Arts Trail.

Executive Arrangements - Who Should Run Chelmsford Borough Council?
The Council is asking for residents' views on whether it should retain the current Leader and Cabinet system of decision-making, and give more authority to the Council Leader, or whether it should move to having a directly elected Mayor.
